Our approach forces a tight collaboration of consumer insight, viable product design, and brand fundamentals to create innovative ideas that are just as real as they are inspirational. CANADA DRY - NEW IDEAS

The Dr. Pepper. Snapple group wanted to figure out how to make Ginger Ale the go-to refreshing beverage. After several days of ideation and concept testing, we created an Arnold-Palmer type mashup of Ginger Ale and Lemonade. Obvious as though it may seem today, the brand had been so focused on their distinct ginger flavor that exploring additional flavor varieties had received little attention. The new product was released in 2018 and is already being hailed as one of their most successful product launches.

CHEETO'S - NEW INNOVATION

In their ongoing mission to innovate and expand into new categories, the Cheeto’s brand tasked the team to come up with the next great iconic snack. Because of the inherent flexibility the ingredient and production process offers, we were able to combine new, unique shapes with both sweet and savory flavors that are redefining how consumers think about the brand. Today, a full range of Cheeto’s Sweeto’s are launched throughout the year and throughout the world.

MOTT'S - NEW INSIGHTS AND INVESTMENTS

Wanting to grow the product portfolio beyond core apple juice and flavored apple juice varieties, the Mott’s brand tasked the team with an initiative focused on overall health and wellness. From pre and pro-biotics, to waters, veggies, and smoothies the final concepts featured a diverse range of products and product delivery devices designed to fit into a contemporary, millennial lifestyle.

DORITO'S - NEW INNOVATION

Our exploration of dynamic flavor profiles and revolutionary new shapes has helped lead to the creation and launch of multiple products within the Dorito’s portfolio. The Jacked 3D, Roulette, and Blaze product lines were successful additions and hailed for aligning the bold character of the Dorito’s brand with new manufacturing capabilities, cultural trends, and consumer insights.

MENTO'S - NEW INNOVATION

The brand that has rallied around the mission to “Stay Fresh” was in need of some fresh thinking when it came to their product development. The Future Works team delivered a broad spectrum of innovation ideas for Mento’s, both big and tiny, while helping to paint a picture of the strategic and creative potential for each.
